2. Refund Policy

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged Items: Due to the nature of metal products, if your item arrives bent or scratched during transit, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Custom Items: Please note that personalized or custom-printed signs are non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
